Job Listings and Job Placement – NIM actively matches graduates to available jobs. Posted on our website, extensive local job listings give our graduates a multitude of career ideas and opportunities. Job Listings
Client Referrals and Business Listing – NIM receives many inquiries from individuals looking for a quality massage therapist in their area or with a specific expertise. For participating graduates, NIM offers a client referral service. NIM graduates can list their business on the NIM website directory of graduate therapists. To list your business in the directory, contact Career Services . If you are seeking a massage therapist by specialty or by geographic location, click on Find a Therapist.
Volunteer Events – Local institutions and program organizers often need massage therapist volunteers to provide onsite (chair) massage at their special events. NIM lists these requests for eligible students and graduates. In addition to helping many worthy causes, volunteers can contribute their talents, gain experience, and make potential client contacts. Sports Massage Opportunities – Periodically NIM organizes teams of massage therapists to participate in select events requiring sports massage. Eligible students and graduates are offered the opportunity to take part in local sporting events as part of a team of NIM massage therapists. To participate, contact contact Career Services .
